Client Relationship Manager

Solicits ongoing customer feedback, ensures customer satisfaction, and strengthens client relationships. The candidate selected acts in neither a sales nor customer support capacity, but is accountable for overall customer satisfaction.
Visit, call, and email existing customers. Travel to 10 to 12 customer locations a quarter, performing strategic reviews for customers * Analyzing how they currently use the solutions and how they may be able to augment the usage through best practices. 50 Outbound Customer Contacts a week, introducing product initiatives, opening conversation about how their product is working. Solicit enhancement requests and ideas for new products/services. Retain *account profile*, including internal organization information, timelines, goals, and objectives at customer sites. TLC because you are the last line of offense for overall customer satisfaction Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events are all traits of a high-performing Client Relationship Manager.
Bachelors Degree Required (Computer related discipline is preferred). Minimum two years experience in a client support/account management role with a software related product. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are required to successfully perform the duties of this position. Experience in customer relationship management, sales, and/or product management is beneficial Position requires approximately 20-35% travel.
